"Door handle was not working well. Alerted front desk, we were advised that has been in issue with our room. They would alert maintenance, however it was not fixed. Hot tub was not working. "

"The room was clean. The air conditioning worked well. The staff (one person at check in) was very helpful. The location was very convenient to restaurants and shopping. It is an older hotel and showing its age such as older carpet, loose tiles on bathroom floor, older furnishings. I didn’t realize weekly and monthly rentals were offered until I arrived. There appeared to be families living there and several construction and other workers staying there longer term. My room and probably others had a small kitchenette with a two burner stove, microwave, sink, and refrigerator. I could smell food in the hallway. I had no issues. "

"Always an enjoyable stay here. Great staff, great breakfast. Room rate for a suite was an incredible value. We always stay here if we have a morning flight out of XNA."

"Everything was excellent except we expected breakfast and they said they had one but you had to let themknow a day ahead of time. Also no utensild and other stuff you needed even though they had an oven. Otherwise all was excellent."
