Holiday Inn Express & Suites Brunswick - Harpers Ferry Area by IHG

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Brunswick - Harpers Ferry Area by IHG

8/10 Good
"Staff was accommodating and room was clean and bright with comfortable beds. Nice hot breakfast. Our tv was difficult to use and went off the next morning when trying to see news. Reported as we left and understand there have been cable issues before that Comcast had to come out to work on. I did miss the baked cookies and free bottle of water we usually receive as IHG members at Holiday Inn."

"The only negative thing I have to say about this property was that I arrived when it was dark and there were NO lights on in the parking lot, there wasn’t a whole lot around, so it was really really dark, which is a safety issue in a couple different ways."

"Our room, the gym and the breakfast area were all very clean and well maintained. Our room was very quiet and comfortable! The lobby was well decorated for the fall season. "We have stayed here before. Unsure why it would be called luxury. We do like coming. Breakfast is nice, not $60 though. The first course of breakfast is usually dry, left out too long and should not be included at all. Our tubs drain was unattached, and the sinks had no stoppers at all. A concern for my diamond ring. The property also canceled our dinner reservation3 days previous. Many light bulbs were out in our room. The vents and shower were in need of spring cleaning."
