"Clean room, good staff"

"Dirty, rude, extremely small room with nothing but a barely working tv."

"Room was very clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable, complimentary water bottle with fill station in every floor. restaurant and lounge open until 2am. Although we did not get to experience it. Parking was expensive but Adrian helped us get a discounted rate at a nearby parking lot. It was secured and well lit. I accidentally left my purse behind and called them immediately once I realized and thankfully they found it and I was able to pick it up immediately. Pets stay free just make sure you let them know as they use a certain floor for pets but even though it was used for pets it was exceptionally clean. "

"TV didn’t work, air conditioner had to have someone look at and it never did cool the room. Left a tip for housekeeping - no washclothes, glasses, toliet paper, coffee creamer."

"We Had an amazing experience , the room was incredible and very clean , the staff was amazing and made us feel at home we will definitely be coming back , the casino felt energetic and layed back at the say time it was grate we appreciate the hospitality! "

"We were there to see Matt Rife. The shuttle was great very organized. Our room on the 12th floor had a wonderful view of the river. The room was a little dated, needs a little TLC. Great selection of gaming machines. Lots of new ones but some of my old favorites too."
