"Absolutely fantastic experience from check-in to check-out. Front desk staff was very kind, location was perfect - barely even 5 minutes from downtown. And one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in. Also loved the decor and the layout of the rooms. Only complaints were the pillows were way too small and too soft, and the walls are thin between the room and the hallway - we could hear anytime someone on the floor entered or left their room or talked while in the hallway. Otherwise, the room was incredibly clean, the blackout shades made restorative sleep very easy, and we thoroughly enjoyed the ability to use Netflix and YouTube. Our stay has made us consider only sleeping at Best Westerns in the future. 9/10 would definitely recommend."
