"Location is good, near the river and the cable car over the river. We only stayed for 1 night which was good. I didn’t realize when booking that there were no towels provided. We had a mat for the floor in the bathroom, but nothing to dry our hands on, or the teacups we used for breakfast. The real ..."

"They gave us room in basement, no window and smoking, when we said this not the room, than they ask for $32 more for change it to 5 floor. Which we paid but just one set towels and no hot water."
