"I enjoyed my stay here and the room was clean and quiet. There was a small issue with the first room and the staff were very accommodating and moved me the next day. The breakfast was fine but it’s a busy hotel with tour groups and schools so expect a lot of people. The hotel is in a great location, an easy walk from the train station."

"2 tram rides from Zurich centre about 40 mins, trams every 15 mins and stop just outside hotel. Staff very helpful when I asked for a travel plug (different to the round 2 pin) to charge my phone (usb outlet in room no usbc). Room was clean, window had nice electrical shutters outside, breakfast was good."

"The staff at the reception, kitchen and cleaning are amazing people. They did their jobs excellently each day and always ready to serve! The hotel itself is conveniently located, closed to bus stop and 10-15 minutes to Luzern station and nearby tourist spots, restaurants. Transportation like boats, buses, trains, etc that will bring you to your chosen destinations. Cheaper food markets are there too and is scattered everywhere. Overall, we had a wonderful time spent plus a beautiful weather during our stay from May 25-29."

"There was no fun in the room. There was no bottle of water. You couldn't call room service to change the sheets. They have to go downstairs and bring it upstairs and change it ourselves. I went downstairs at 12:00 a.m. because I had couldn't sleep to have a beer and I asked him to charge it to my room and they said they do not do that and I had to come back to the room and get my credit card. I don't want to go back because my husband was sleep and I don't want to disturb him but I found that odd that they cannot charge a beer in your room. Even though I was sitting in the lobby and I told them I'm hungry stuff did not care. They went back and forth to the fridge getting all the beverages they wanted in potato chips and Etc for themselves and giggling and laughing which was another low type of hospitality. I was the manager I would offer my guest a beer and a potato chips for example and I would ask them to pay within checkout. That is hospitality"
