"One of the best hotels we stayed at in Japan. We had a spacious room with a gorgeous view. The customer service and assistance from staff were amazing and left a lasting impression as they were all so helpful. We left our bags early in the day and after check-in later, we were pleasantly surprised to find them in our rooms. They also kindly helped us with transferring our luggage to our next destination. You cannot beat the location since it’s connected to Hiroshima Station and just steps away from the Pokémon Center and 7-11. It made for a great home base for day trips to Miyajima, Onomichi and Tomonoura. Would highly recommend staying and would gladly stay again!"

"This hotel is dated, but comfortable. It is in a great, walkable location. There is a streetcar stop steps from the front entrance which is a major plus. The staff is so friendly and helpful. One of the best ammenities is their morning breakfast which is very reaasonaby priced and absolutely delicious!"
