Der Service war einwandfrei, das Personal sehr freundlich, zugewandt und serviceorientiert. Das Frühstück war umfangreich mit einer großen Auswahl und gut organisiert. Das Familienzimmer (großer Wohn-Schlafraum, Flur, kleines Kinderzimmer mit Stock-Bett, geräumiges Bad) war sehr tadellos sauber und gemütlich. "I had an amazing stay – the facility was great, clean, very spacious and the hotel itself is in a brilliant location. I wish I could’ve stayed for breakfast but had no time.but what really made this stay great was “Lena Haustein ( very hospitable and friendly) and Marc Steir at reception, both these staff deserve a big raise. From the moment I arrived, Lena and Marc were genuinely welcoming and went out of their way to helped with landmarks and where else to be.
