"Our room smelled of cigarettes. It was on the 9th floor (nonsmoking) floor. Understood from another customer on the elevator that the 10th floor was for smokers. Seems to me something is filtering down to the floor below it."

"Wonderful trip, beautiful grounds and flowers. Definitely needed better signage for activities - Where the restaurants are located, where to drive to the Mountain Coaster, truly needed SIGNS for buildings and where stuff is located, McCartney's Cafe, etc... the pictures show 3 pools, but The Tamarac is just ONE pool and 2 hot tubs (1 was not hot) there was a charge to use the other pools. Overall great stay, but disappointed in what was included and where to go to eat...."
