"The property had appeared a bit deteriorated. But other than that, the room was spacious and had everything we needed. It’s located in a beautiful and tranquil area and was close to tourist spots. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was good."

"Helpful staff stored our luggage until checkin. Buffet breakfast had many choices (including very fresh sushi and local Hokkaido specialties). Rooms and onsen were very clean. "

- one of the room ( A ) has infested a lot of black bugs and we had to tell children not go into it and did not use the room at all
- the place has strong new construction smell when first entering after opening window for a night it improved "
"Cosy home in a serene location. Felt isolated and peaceful. Easy to find via GPS. Very clean.
Would have preferred if some basic condiments (salt, sugar, oil etc) and tea & coffee provided too as otherwise travellers need to buy these just for the short stay. Bathroom was tricky as can't shower without clothes getting wet.
