"Honestly, after a number of disappointing stays recently, we weren't expecting much so we could avoid being disappointed. But, we were anything but. We were in the maple room, which had private access to outside, a nice living room, a small kitchen (no stove), a large bedroom and very comfortable bed, and a semi small bathroom that was laid out well. "The check-in experience wasn't as welcoming as I expected. The indoor pool and spa were under renovation during our stay, which was a bit disappointing. On the positive side, the room was spacious, clean, and featured a nice fireplace that made it feel cozy. The property could benefit from some updates and improved landscaping, and the breakfast selection was fairly limited. However, the morning reception staff, especially Duncan, were friendly and helpful, which made a positive impression. Overall, we had a good stay. While there are a few areas that could be improved, the comfortable room and courteous staff made the experience enjoyable."

"We stayed in 539 and the view was spectacular, sunset every evening and lake view of boats. Room was a good size, comfortable beds and pillows. Staff were friendly and attentive. Our room wasn’t ready at check in (5:30pm) but as a courtesy they offered us complimentary breakfast which was very nice. The cafe had plenty of choices and it was wonderful to have coffee, tea, hot chocolate, seltzer water and regular water dispensers on each floor. The hotel is also conveniently located walking distance to all trendy restaurants and shops."
