The Onsen options was amazing as well the Breakfast and dinners was very high quality and delicious. The shuttle that runs you to the station every hour was very convenient and on time. "This is a hidden gem that I literally stumbled upon. This area is famous for agriculture so the food was sourced locally and amazing. The staff is international so even if you don't speak much Japanese you will be fine. It is peaceful and fun to walk around the area. We even met a young tomato and melon farmer who showed us his greenhouse. It was like staying in a ancient Japanese palace in a very local village.
