Staff were very kind and the area around the hotel is very serene. About 40 min transit to Amsterdam Centraal, which is very easy to figure out using the trains.

Very nice hotel, beautiful surroundings, quiet , safe and clean . The safe wasn’t working and it wasn’t fixed 24 hours after I reported it and requested that it be fixed but other than that it was a very pleasant stay

Free parking is great to find, though quite limited and tight at the Hotel. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. As an animal lover I was pleased to see a cat in the lobby who was eager for some attention!

Was so impressed by this hotel. It is great in terms of facilities, with a 24/7 reception and baggage storage post-checkout, but the staff were absolutely fabulous and so helpful with just about everything. The hotel is not too far away from the bigger cities and is much cheaper, so definitely an option as long as you can drive (free parking is available). In short, a very comfortable stay and was happy with my two nights.

I stayed in the apartments they are a 5 minute walk from the main hotel and Hilversum Train Station and shops the number 5 bus stops close by. The apartment was very nice and in very good condition. Public transport is very cheap so you can save a lot travelling to the tourist destinations from Hilversum.

Food at restaurant was delicious, breakfast buffet was great, room was ok but walls between rooms veeeery thin and first night I was kept awake for 3 hrs listening to the couple in the room next to me having noisy sex. Bathroom was freezing cold when it was cold outside. But staff was lovely and helpful in every way

Great stay

Fantastic apartment with everything we needed. Hotel staff were fantastic. Parking right outside the apartment. Very clean and well maintained, had free use of washing machine and tumble dryer. Only downside we got all our luggage out and went into reception to check in but the apartment is a short drive away so we had to pack it all back in the car! We will know next time and would definitely return if in the area. Also we were given a late checkout for free.

Ok hôtel but price and quality does not match

If you just need a place to sleep this is for sure an option. Rooms was ok. Nothing impressive and cleaning could for sure be better. Price and quality does not match in my opinion.

Awful hotel. Manager on Holiday. Ran out of food

Terrible stay. No dental kit. As i forgot toorhbrush and it was late at night i needed to get a taxi to a night store. The restaurant ran out of food so i need to order Uber eats. They only had enough food for 5 reservations. Room Tiny and poorly designed. Hairdyer worked perfectly on day one on day 2 it didnt. I think someone swopped the hairdyer. No spare hairdryer meaning it took forever to dry hair. One day i needed to leave for business with wet hair. Shower trickled no power. Needed to stay in shower much longer to get shampoo off hair. Manager not available to deal with complaint. They manager was on holiday. Requested a call left telephone number twice and email. No response from hotel. No reduction in stay. Terrible experience.

C’est hôtel classique sans plus, les murs ne sont pas très épais donc ce n’est que très peu insonorisé. Pour une nuit c’est ok mais un plus long séjour, ça ne sérier pas agréable.
