Holiday Inn Express Hilton Head Island by IHG
Room was nice, clean. Coffee pot didn't work so just went to breakfast and had a fabulous cup of coffee. The air conditioner didn't ever shut off, but couldn't be repaired. Tamara at the front desk is a fabulous customer service person, who should probably promoted

Everything was nice. The hotel is always beautiful. We did have a mixup in our room as we were assigned a pet friendly room that is typically for customers with dogs.
