"The staff was absolutely amazing—friendly, helpful, and the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the hotel itself left a lot to be desired. The rooms are very dated, and the chairs in our room were covered in dust. The room also felt extremely humid and uncomfortable; everything felt damp, and I felt sticky throughout the stay. Lighting was minimal, making the room feel even more outdated. To make matters worse, the fire alarm went off around midnight, and there was no explanation provided afterward. While the staff was great, the condition and comfort of the hotel would make me hesitant to stay here again."

"The cleaning staff was very kind and efficient. The servers at the pool restaurant were very responsive and helpful. We waited for a long time to be served at the breakfast restaurant, and the buffet was very expensive. The one gentleman preparing the omelettes was really talented, but he was alone with a very long line and no support. I recommend they create a self-serve waffle, stand for guests to make their waffles on their own rather than having to wait in line."

"The staff were very welcoming when we arrived. They were friendly, helpful, courteous, and professional. Our room was clean and housekeeping did a great job maintaining our room. The grounds felt very tropical and also well managed (no litter). Our beach view was wonderful. HH Prime restaurant on the property was very good especially the breakfast buffet. The hostess in the morning is a gem. She has a wonderful personality. The servers are great as well. The evening staff at the restaurant are very good too. All in all, we had a wonderful time and we will definitely be staying there again."

"Online description said the 3bd/2 bath condo would sleep 10, but in my opinion, 10 people in that condo would be very cramped. Or was the perfect space for our party of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids). The room was relatively clean. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the carpet felt weird (tacky/sticky??) on bare feet, but everything else appeared clean. Air conditioner blew very cold! Our stay was very comfortable. We spend most of our time at the pool. My 13,12,11, & 7yo had a great time! I loved that there was a shuttle to take us to the beach so we didn’t have to drive- that was a much appreciated convenience since we planned to stay at the beach for no more than an hour. We would def consider booking her again."
