"I love the location, breakfast, staff."

"The location could NOT be better! The front desk staff was helpful and friendly, and spoke fluent English. The lobby area was inviting and clean. We ended up in a room with an absolutely magnificent view, overlooking the Beautiful Fountain. Our room (a Comfort Double) was spacious and well organized, with plenty of closet space and a long, functional desk/table surface. There were two barrel-style chairs and a little table. The bathroom was large and well laid out, except that in order to turn on the shower you had to actually step in; the glass door prevented you from reaching the controls without climbing into the high-walled tub. The hotel provided shampoo and body wash, but no conditioner. There was plenty of useful surface space around the sink and the tub, and even a magnifying mirror above the bathroom sink. I would *highly* recommend this hotel and would book again here in a heartbeat. "Loved the large family room! Perfect for parents and a teen. The bathroom was huge and luxurious. The location and parking were so convenient. Definitely staying here on our next visit to Nürnberg!"

"Staff very rude or not helpful. Gave attitude of we were bothering them. We were told at check in we could charge breakfast to room. Lady at breakfast said no we couldn’t. Went to pay they said yes to charging to room. Lady at breakfast again said no. Finally they let us eat but we had to pay. Next day we just paid up front. Terrible attitudes. No phones in room to call front desk. If you needed towels or toilet paper you had to go to front desk to get it. Felt crappy having to take roll of paper from front desk clerk as they were checking in people "

"Room cleaningness was ok, bathroom could need some work. Staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast was ok for the price they asking, could work on refill a bit better, especially if it is still 2 hours before the end of breakfast time. Overall it was a great stay."

"The hotel is very nice and has great staff, the rooms are spacious and clean. I would give them a higher rating if the beds wouldn't be so rock hard, this is not for anyone that sleeps on the side. I wish they had the option to get a mattress topper for anyone not used to feeling like sleeping on the floor. (sort of) The breakfast area was wonderful, very nice choices and large buffet that was well stocked. Parking and Wifi are free and they are a short walk away from the U-Bahn. I would maybe stay again, but the 3 nights were quite torture to sleep. "

"The staff was good. Rooms were clean and decent. Very basic. The room has all the minimum necessities and quite a small room. Breakfast was had a few options. Overall nice place for a short stay. Metro station is 5mins away. "
