"The Mercure, Launceston was only just, clean and tidy but apart from the bar and restaurant manager the staff weren't very friendly and it certainly didn't seem like we were a priority. "

"Outside light over the door needs fixing, the plug in the bathroom sink needs replacing and the water pressure goes up and down. Great location with good eating places close by."

"The Art Hotel surprised us. It worked out well for our trip. It was next to the Catholic church, which was important for the lenten season and it surprised us. It was on a busy street, but very walkable, markets, the gorge, restaurants and downtown. It has a short check-in time which surprised us too. There was a call number to get the key for our room. We had minimal interactions with the staff."
