I called prior to us leaving and asked if they could accommodate us with the check-in time since the cut-off is 4:00 p.m. They immediately said yes and waited for us to arrive at 5:15 p.m. We stayed in the regular rooms, and the bed was super comfy! Also, we loved that in order to access the area where the rooms were, you had to have a swipe key. The area was quiet, safe, and not far from all the restaurants, attractions, and stores, which was all we needed. "
