"The staff was wonderful & the room was spacious and clean but there was no hot water for the shower, no coffee, the bathroom outlet did not work and the internet was not connected consistently. The television kept losing signal. The room was very clean. No staff after 11 pm until 9 or 10 am. There was a barricade in front of my room I had to move to enter the room. I won’t be back & I go to this area weekly. "

"Understand that you are paying for the water slide, castle play area and staff interaction with the kids. The room itself is NOT worth anywhere what they are charging. The room has lego decor and a scavenger hunt that takes about 36 seconds to finish. But, everything else reads like a room that should be about $100 a night. Two wall outlets, no usb charging, dingy fixtures. Old shower head, old bathtub, terrible water pressure. The bed was hard, pillows were very well used. Thankfully we didn't spend much time in the room. My suggestion would be to stay in the Pirate hotel. It probably has the same outdated rooms but it was much cheaper and it is connected to the Legoland hotel so you can use the pool, play area, etc."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️ Not the best, not the worst. I have been there 3 times and the towels are dirty (stained), the shower floor slimy, the floor filthy dirty & I’m pretty sure the sheets unchanged bc I don’t have black hair. Aka, housekeeping isn’t doing their job. Also, expect a back ache with there “flat as a pancake” pillows. The heat/ac work well, the fridge is cold even if exterior is rusted & the TV works. If you catch it at the right time, there is good hot showers too. "

"This was the dirtiest property i have stayed in for some time. Toilet seats and bowl were full of scat, fixtures were old dirty and most did not work."

"The breakfast food was ok. Served fan kill my style which was nice but the vegetarian meats were warm at best. The kids loved the playground and the room. Overall I’d come here again asks just plan to not eat breakfast on site. "
