"The grounds were beautiful with plenty of places to just hang out. Fire pits at night were a nice touch. There was a cute little porch at the entrance to the room with 2 chairs which we used a lot. My only issue was I had booked a Jr Suite and it was very tiny. No place to put your luggage and the luggage rack was broken. There was a sofa which I guess made it a “suite”. The bathroom was also tiny but had nice towels, robes and toiletries. Also, there is no food except coffee in the morning and they ran out of that. However, across the street was a fantastic family run restaurant, Round Hearth, with a great breakfast."

"We just needed a place to stay the night before catching the shuttle to ride the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail. It was perfect for that. We didn't avail ourselves of the amenities other than breakfast, which was ok."

"Such a beautiful place. We loved our little A Frame cabin and the lodge was so beautiful. Breakfast was absolutely a must and I find myself craving some of the items we had. The property is perfect location near everything and the amenities were very relaxing! We would stay here again!"

"In all honesty, the rooms were a little shabby. Needs an update. But exceptionally clean with a comfortable bed! Shower was good. "Front" facing rooms get more traffic noise. And the outside was well maintained, except for some areas of the outside concrete walkways. ( hard winters here)! Breakfast was bagged for you in the am to eat in your room. Choice was between cereal w/ regular or oat milk or a breakfast burrito that you heat in your microwave, a muffin ( not great) & juice. If you want fancy breakfast, choose another place. And staff were courteous and kind and the price was right -call them for rates!"
