Hill Country hotel rooms a the La Quinta Inn & Suites

"Great service from our valet to the front desk clerks. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. Great location, we were central to plenty of great spots to eat and explore. The hotel has great food options so you don’t have to go far. I would probably request a different room next time because of the noise level at night facing the street. Because it is central and busy with nightlife, it can be loud if you are a light sleeper. Otherwise great experience and would stay here again. "

"One of my favorite hotel stays. The room was incredibly comfortable. Especially the bed! Very well thought out amenities. Even the little bar in the shower to make it easy to shave your legs! And a towel just for make up removal. The staff was super friendly and helpful. "

"The property never offered clean towels or more toilet paper during our 2 night stay. Nobody even cleaned the room while gone. "

"Let’s see. Room was dirty, rug not vacuumed, hair dryers (2) did not work, mold in the shower, leaky faucet in shower, thin (almost like a sheet) blanket, one of the two elevators would shake and rattle as it got to the fourth floor. The ceiling had popcorn - that’s not the issue - there was a 2’ x 3’ triangle shape missing from it. Spent one night. Didn’t try the breakfast because we didn’t trust it. I’ve stayed at La Quinta hotels before. While they are not 4 stars, they were at least clean and functional. Wyndham should be embarrassed to include this place in its system. "

"Overall it was good for the price. However, I flew in on Tuesday and stayed until Sunday and every day, I was asking if they could get more towels and sanitizing wipes in the gym to wipe down the equipment and it never happened the entire week. They also advertise that the rooms are cleaned every other day… I had to call each time after 3 PM to ask if someone was still coming. Lastly, my rental car got hit in the parking garage and I was told that the cameras were not able to show what happened or who did it. "

"The Line was incredible! Clean and they checked us in early with a upgraded room viewing lady bird lake! Amazing experience and the staff was great! Highly recommend! "
