Top Hill Country Hotel Reviews
Hyatt Place Austin Downtown
10/10 Excellent
"The staff was so amazing. The only recommendation is more brighter lights in the room. The bathroom light was great. I was struggling with good light while getting dressed. Everything else was great! Thanks to the staff Carlos. The young man in college, and the male attendant who handle my cake with care. All were amazing, including the outside staff offering me a bottle of water. 😊"
Hyatt House Austin/Downtown
8/10 Good
"The rooms were very clean and they had a full breakfast. Staff was very polite. We just happen to be there when lightning had hit and put the air-conditioning out in the lobby and the halls, but they had no control over that. They did bring in some portable coolers."

Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa
8/10 Good
"Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Great for kids and families with lots of areas to explore and activities. We used the pool, lazy river, road bikes, walked the trails along the river, star gazing with telescopes they sent up one night, family movie on the lawn, and made smores at the fire pit. The staff was friendly, everyone from valet, bell hop, check-in and restaurant service. The only challenge was getting dinner reservations with a large group as the resort was very busy the weekend we went (we got reservations weeks before we arrived). Fortunately, we were able to eat at the steakhouse, which was very good. We had the ribeye and tomahawk steaks and they were prepared perfectly. We also had the breakfast buffet and breakfast from the coffee and ice cream shop, both were very good. Very pleased with all the food on site. This was a perfect weekend getaway and the kids loved it too. Next time we'll try some fishing at the pond and the golf course."
