"My husband is handicapped and needed a wheelchair or transport because you have to walk long distances between events, restaurants and rooms. Asked the front desk in person for one and via text a couple of times and never received a response. Ended up purchasing one at a local Walgreens. Could not get the TV to stream channels. For 4 days we could only watch local TV. Our room was equipped with only 2 glasses. Needed 2 more in the bathroom."

"The hotel is hard to find and the parking is even harder to find. I tried calling and was on "auto" hold for the 35 minutes that it took me to find the place and no one ever actually answered the phone. One positive, holy cows the mattress that I slept on was pure heaven."

"Room was great and very big!! Suite is perfect for families. Bathroom is maybe a little small but very clean. Location was perfect for concert at moody. On Saturday night a bar right below the hotel was very loud until 12:30pm."
