"Overall experince was underwhelming. Starting from the checkin, the host (a guy with long hair) was pretty rude, didn't seem to know the concept of service or hospitality. My room had a weird musty smell, probably from water damage and just 10 minutes into it I could tell that I won't be able to sleep well there. Despite of my unwillingness to interact with the rude host, I went to ask if they have a different room because of bad odor? The guy looked irritated (constantly on his mobile BTW). He assigned me a new room which didnt had smell, but had dirty patches on floor, so was acceptable. The restaurant was closed during the entire 4 days of my stay. Room service was great, the only reason I'm giving it 2 stars. But overall, I won't be coming back and won't recommend. Spend $30-$50 extra per day and find a better place. This is not worth it. "

"Maybe they have rooms that have been updated, but I was surprised this hotel was rated “very good.” The room we had was very worn and needs refreshed. There was mold all over the ceiling in the bathroom, the carpet was worn, scrapes on the walls, the bed was not comfortable, the linens were thin, old and worn out, but the pillows were good. There wasn’t much to the breakfast. I would not stay here again. "

"Beautiful place. Staff was very friendly. Room was amazing but for 2 things. You must pay for WiFi and the patio door was janky. Wouldn’t stay truly locked. Could open it even if the lock was engaged. Just a maintenance issue. Pool was clean. "

"Awful experience. Tile floors were cold and uninviting. No free breakfast included with stay like most places. Could not find a parking space on Friday night for my handicapped wife. Probably the worst experience of any place we have ever stayed."

The facility is somewhat dated; however, we were simply looking for a clean place to shower and rest after a full day of activities, and it was perfect for that."
