The Cathedral is just across the road and everything you need including lunch by the riverside is within easy walking distance. The room was appointed to a high standard and the large walk-in shower was exceptional. The facilities at the Poets Hotel are just a minute up the road and a great cafe is virtually next door. Top Hilgay Hotel Reviews

Dragonfly Hotel King's Lynn

10/10 Excellent

"Perfect base for work for the week. Quiet location. Amazing nights sleep. Definately a return customer."

The Wenns Chop & Ale House

8/10 Good

"Stayed for one night on Saturday 17th October. The accommodation wasn't quite as expected, but a pleasant surprise. What I thought we were getting was a 'normal' double room. However, it was in fact a whole apartment overlooking the wonderful Minster. The accommodation was very spacious, warm, comfortable and close to all amenities. The actual building is rather old, which reflected on some of the fixtures and fittings. The windows were the original old sash type and actually opened. However, they didn't block out the sound from outside. Being a pub/restaurant, it was rather noisy late at night when folk were leaving and bidding one another farewell (which seemed to last until midnight) But all in all, a pleasant stay, at a reasonable cost. We will certainly return."

Oliver Cromwell Hotel

8/10 Good

"Good value for a few nights needed for work. The hotel needs updating. Good car park and fairly easy to locate. Needed to go and ask Reception for more milk supplies as no one came in to check the room. I ate in the restaurant twice and the food was good. Disappointed that it was closed on the Friday evening."
