"Location is fantastic! This is right in Lucerne old town. Everything is walkable from here. Since it’s right in the city, night time walks with gelato is easy. Property is fair, not fancy or upgraded recently but fair enough. Shower area is tiny so anyone about 5,11” and above can’t shower here. Overall a good stay. "

"The apartment is located on the last floor of a building, thus being a duplex (two floors inside with stairs) apartment. Kitchen and dining area are upstairs, where the air gets warmer and you feel less comfortable. There is no central air conditioning in the building, in each room you have standalone air conditioners, which make a terrible noise. "It is as advertised. Room for 3. We got a 1st floor room with minimal view. They have 3 washers but they are busy all the time. Have a few appliances to cook food if needed. Would have appreciated small coffee pods since the grocery store nearby is closed on Sunday and closes early Saturday at 5. Also be prepared to take a bus to town for all activities."

"Great kitchen with everything you need. Coop Supermarket was conveniently located next door. Had a river view, but was next to the train track and busy road. "The Hotel Central Luzern is a city property, so access to shopping, dining, and transportation are readily available. The walk to the covered bridge leading to Old Town was literally a four-minute walk away. The front desk staff was excellent - very accommodating and informative! They also lent us umbrellas to use on our first day due to some persistent rain. Our room was clean and housekeeping kept it that way during our stay. Bedding was very comfortable! The shower and bathroom were clean and of an acceptable size. The property has a breakfast/lounge area and balconies off of the lounge room. This was nice just to get out of the room. We would definitely stay here again!"
