OK, but the resaturant lift the experience

Average hotel when it comes to room standard and breakfast, Good and friendly service from the staff. What lkifted my visit was the restaurant in the same building(Scala). Very good italien food made my day.

Ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen. Sehr freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer und sehr ruhig. Die Betten waren ausgezeichnet, dass Frühstück hatte eine riesige Auswahl, so dass für jeden was dabei ist. Jeden morgen gab es eine große Auswahl an frischem Obst. Der Sauna und Schwimmbereich ist leicht zu erreichen und lädt zum entspannen ein.Für mich alles ein Grund um gerne wieder zu kommen.

séjour agréable

Chambre spacieuse et salle de bain également. Très propre. Un peu chaud car sur le côté rue on ne peut pas ouvrir les fenêtres trop bruyant. On a pu avoir un ventilateur. En période de canicule je n'y pense même pas. Le petit déjeuner copieux et bcp de choix. Le restaurant attenant également à conseiller ! Excellent.

Ganu auf die Bilder der Zimmer achten!

Man sollte ganz genau schuaen welches Zimmer man bucht. Die Bilder entsprechen nicht den Zimmern bzw. sind stark irreführend. Man bucht ein teures 4 Sterne Hotel in der Erwartung eines schönen Zimmers und dann muss man in einer Absteige die Nacht verbringen. Das Frühstücj ist dafür sehr gut.

Das Zimmer war gemütlich und Sauber. Das Frühstück war einladen und viel Auswahl. Das Personal gingen auf Wünsche ein. Wie z.B. ein extra Kissen. In allem waren wir zufrieden. Einzige war ,das wir nicht richtig schlafen könnten ,da uns die Matratze zu weich war. Ansonsten TOP

Es gibt nicht viel Gutes zu sagen. Heizung herunterreguliert, sodass es ständig eiskalt war, auch im Bad!! Ab 22 Uhr kein warmes Wasser mehr. Die Zimmer haben den Charme einer Gefängniszelle. Die Gänge im Hotel sind Dunkel, muffeln und die Teppiche sind schmutzig. Beim Frühstück gibt es kein Personal, überall unaufgeräumte Tische, fehlende Basics auf den Tischen. Das Restaurant Scala, welches zum Hotel gehört, ist völlig überteuert. Kurz: absolut keine Empfehlung. Grauenhaftes Hotel!!
