"Nice, clean and convenient"

"The staff was wonderful. We had some of our party back out at the last moment, so we had a huge 2 bedroom suite, for only 3 people. The hotel was sold out, but when I spoke to the front desk they offered me a smaller room for half the price in one of their residence wings. The front desk lady that helped me was named Adit, and she was so helpful. The room was ok, it still had the balcony, which was very important to us, and a seperate bedroom. The hotel is going thru a renovation, and you can tell they havent made it to the residences yet. The bed was a queen instead of a king, and the matress needed replaced. There also wasnt a headboard, the mattress and box spring were on a normal bed frame. That also needed updated. However, I was glad for the price savings, and I appreciated the effort to offer me choices within a sold out hotel. The only other thing about the room was that the heat didnt work properly, and it was 66-68 degrees in our room all weekend. A bit chilly. The hotel does need more security personel because of how large and busy it is. 8 people on shift werent enough. There were a lot of teens there for a conferance the first night, and one of them pulled a fire alarm 3 times between 11pm and 1:30am. Resulting in having to evacuate all 3 times, and the fire department being called. Security was doing their best, and they were proffesional and prompt, but they just didnt have enough staff to catch the kids who were doing it in the act. I would stay again. "

"Nothing wrong with the hotel but parking is expensive.. we booked a year in advance for an event at the exposition center but because there was an event going on downtown parking became $40 per night instead of $22 and anyone could park there not just people staying at the hotel. "

"They had a hot breakfast buffet with some cold cereals and drinks and some friut. Parking was secure right behind the parking garage is the sheriff's station it was nice and quiet stay the rooms where also clean "

"Rooms do not have microwave in them. Very inconvenient. "

"This was a nice place to stay. Very spacious, neat decor, snd secure rooms. Staff very nice and helpful. Down side were the lack of good food options. Food was not good, especially breakfast (which was not included with the cost of stay. Price for stay on a Friday was high."
