"Nice clean room, good security protocols. I wish the transfer team had called out that the people with the baggage trolleys were not affiliated with the hotel and were expecting to be paid separately - but also on us for not understanding the culture, so no deduction in rating! Great hotel for overnight transfer flights as it is very close to the airport."

"Friendly helpful staff. Very good location next door to Westgate Mall and about 3 blocks from Sarit Center Mall so excellent access to shopping and IT support like SIM cards. Room was ok - firm king size bed but rather sparse for furniture but staying in the room was not the priority of the visit. Breakfast was good - à la cart for my first three mornings but buffet for the forth morning. Sadly they had no yogurt available (despite being on the options card) but the coffee was very good. Helpful with arranging airport pickup for after midnight arrival and checkin. Very decent value for money for this hotel. "
