"When we checked in staff member was very friendly and very thorough. I watched her check in a group of golfers who were joking and teasing her. She was perfect for that position. She treated all of us with respect and handle the teasing like a pro. She set the tone for a great stay there. Breakfast staff person was also amazing. The dining room was packed with golfers and she hustled keeping everything stocked, eggs, sausage, waffle batter, pastries. She kept the place clean as well. There was ample handicap parking on both sides of entrance. Very quiet location, yet very close to shopping, restaraunts, and freeway. I will stay here again."

"Stayed in the "pet wing", lower-level space for which the hotel tacks on an extra $80 per night. Tiny room, very dated. Bathroom even smaller. No way to navigate sink/toilet/towel rack without hitting something. Linens worn out. TV not smart. Internet very slow. Window, sill, screen filthy. The room did include a cheap plastic dog bowl. The bar and restaurant are fabulous. But I'd never stay in the hotel again nor recommend it to anyone. "

"We stayed here on our way back home from a trip to New York. At first we were hesitant to spend a little more come here instead of a place along the expressway, but we experienced such a relaxing evening and night that it was well worth it and I’d do it again. The hotel is very pretty. It smells so fresh. The view along the river was tranquil. The rooms were so spacious. The walls seemed thick - I did not hear another person the whole time we were in our room. The pool area was lovely and I enjoyed a half hour swim. We ordered room service from the on site restaurant and it was excellent. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast there the next morning. There were a lot of other details we really liked. I’ll just mention one more for the sake of a review that’s too lengthy: the beds!!!! So comfortable and fresh. We both slept so well. I also appreciated the generous noon check-out. We didn’t feel rushed to get out in the morning which added to our relaxing experience at this hotel. Excellent experience!"
