"Clean room, comfy bed. Breakfast probably the best part of the stay. Staffs were friendly and gave me a welcoming gift of bottled water and snacks. Even though I didn’t use the shuttle that they provide, I thought it was a great to have a shuttle service. "

"Only downside, was that both rooms we stayed in 401 & 603 (both sofa beds were super uncomfortable to "sit" on. The section that pulls out for bed "sinks" to the floor when you sit on it. Its about a half foot height difference for the regular seat height and doesn't provide any firmness to the sofa) Other than that the elevators are super fast/clean, hallways are nice and wide. Breakfast provided ran out of food after about 8:30-9 during Saturday and Sunday "convention guests"?"
