"Very good breakfast. Large clean room. Helpful staff. One of the few European hotels I've stayed at with an ice machine on the floor. Disappointed that we were only staying one night."

"We booked here after abandoning our apartment air BnB in the heatwave as we needed some air con. The hotel was very clean, very comfortable, the staff were very friendly, the coffee machine in the room was nice, spacious bathroom. We just found the restaurant didn’t have something we would all eat as a family with kids. It’s just a short walk to the tram stop as well to get into the centre of town. Would stay again if we came back to Basel."
