"We were on a trip from OK to MI & got caught in a snow storm & had to find a place to stay before dark. I’m Leary of most cheap hotels but I was pleasantly surprised! Would stay again!!"

"The only complaint I have is that I reserved an "accessible" room with a queen bed. When I arrived, all the rooms were either upstairs or downstairs, there was no actual ground floor, and thus no room was fully ADA accessible. Luckily, I can navigate stairs with my disability, it's just painful. But someone who was wheelchair bound would have needed a refund due to the inaccurate listing."
