"The room was very small - our family of 4 was cramped. It did have 2 queen sized beds, but they pretty much took up the whole space of the bedroom. The bathroom was overly large - probably could've some of that space to make the bedroom bigger. The bedroom area and bathroom were clean, no issues there. The staff was also very nice. The resort is best for those with very young children. The 'water park' is for not for teens or pre-teens, so those kids will really only have the pools and the beach. I didn't find other activities for my teenage kids to do - we had to go off-site for that. One final complaint - the 24 hour coffee shop is understaffed. There are often long lines at 7 AM just to get coffee. Also, the buffet restaurant wait staff seem overwhelmed."
