"Beautifully clean and tidy. Right below the Skytower which looked amazimng at night. Nice big bath to relax in after walking all day. Stay were so friendly and accommodating even getting me in to the room early. Restaurant staff were also great! "

"Beautiful hotel. Room was lovely, staff were pleasant and helpful. Really enjoyed the Club privileges. Great location for access to Auckland center. Only negative is there isn’t a thermostat in the room. I wasn’t able to change the temperature and couldn’t get it cool enough for my preference. Asked for and received a fan - which helped - but definitely prefer to regulate the room temperature myself. "

"Very nice hotel in Auckland. The room was very clean and had some really awesome views of the Sky Tower via big floor to ceiling windows. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is in a convenient location within walking distance of tons of great places to eat. We parked in the nearby Civic Car Park for a great price, but they do have some parking for pick-off and drop-off. We would definitely consider staying here again!"

"We stay at this hotel Everytime we visit Auckland. Excellent location, affordable, clean, and the staff are always friendly. We will definitely continue to stay here! Only downside is no onsite parking, however there are many convenient parking buildings nearby that you can pre book for a fairly affordable rate. "
