"Beautiful hotel. Room was lovely, staff were pleasant and helpful. Really enjoyed the Club privileges. Great location for access to Auckland center. Only negative is there isn’t a thermostat in the room. I wasn’t able to change the temperature and couldn’t get it cool enough for my preference. Asked for and received a fan - which helped - but definitely prefer to regulate the room temperature myself. "

"Very nice hotel in Auckland. The room was very clean and had some really awesome views of the Sky Tower via big floor to ceiling windows. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is in a convenient location within walking distance of tons of great places to eat. We parked in the nearby Civic Car Park for a great price, but they do have some parking for pick-off and drop-off. We would definitely consider staying here again!"
