Hotel showing its age in spots and could use a few touch ups. Front desk tells you they pull amounts charged to room after 7 days. This isn’t true. They pull random amounts almost daily. Everything was great except for the beach which was full of Sargassum seaweed, it happens once in a while and it's nobody's fault. The Crane provided a free shuttle and accommodation to Harbour Lights beach which was absolutely amazing, so no bad after all, the only minor inconvenience was the commute. ...
