"There is nobody to manage your booking, it's all automatic and door code only. This create difficulties to access and understand how to enter your room. Moreover the bill wasn't at the right amount, I sent message to have a good bill, but no answer since then. "My stay at H4 Hotel in Leipzig was absolutely fantastic. Staff went above and beyond, especially the front desk and restaurant staff during the morning and evening. The room was immaculate. The breakfast buffet was huge, with fresh fruit, vegetables, and delicious coffee. The location is perfect, just 5 minutes away from a shopping center and a recreation center. It is our favorite hotel when we visit family. "
