Friendly and helpful stuff, delicious breakfast, cosy spa, lovely area with shops and café nearby. Parking lot right behind the main building, for an additional charge. Spacious and quiet room. The thermal lake of Hévíz is 10 mins walking distance away.

Right in the middle of Heviz, everything can be reached by a short walk. No parking direct at the Hotel, but the central public parking lot is less than 2 walking minutes away (and much cheaper than any Hotel parking)

The property is well-situated in the center of Heviz with lots of shopping and dining opportunities. The rooms are spacious and the layout is very modern and comfortable. The bathroom has a spacious shower. The only negative I have is that the bed was quite hard.

Very clean, comfortable, modern and central Heviz.

Extremely central location for Heviz and visit the Lake Heviz. Immaculate, great service , good breakfast, lovely room. Great value. Excellent , quiet.

The hotel closes at 8pm. No staff are onsite after that. You are supposed to receive a text with instructions to a lock box. I arrived 7.45pm. Staff had gone home early and the manager "forgot" to text me the lock box code. Manager did not answer the emergency phone, Expedia tried to contact the hotel, no answer to their team either. Fortunately another couple arrived and I gained admittance. A quick survey of reception I located my check in details and a room key. If arriving after 8pm I would give this hotel a miss. There is an abundance of hotels in the area

Near lake Heviz

We booked 2 nights at the hotel, we liked it for the new modern decor, interior and lighting, spacious room with balcony, hotel with 3 saunas, swimming pool, free breakfast, and we decided to stay another 2 nights. For the price it is better to book directly with the reception rather than through the website. Don't expect super friendliness from the staff. A pleasant exception is the porter Daria, who is very hospitable, helpful, speaks different languages, including English and Russian. Attention, the saunas are only open until 19:30, and the pool has ordinary water, not water from Lake Haviz. Parking is $9 per day.

Im ersten Stock dieses Hotels sind Zahnärzte, falls man was für die Zähne braucht, bietet sich dafür das Hotel an. Der Spa Bereich ist im Keller, leider ohne Fenster - deshalb ist die Luft dort unten meist sehr stickig - ansonsten ist der klein Spa Bereich schön: es gibt ein Dampfbad, 1 Aroma-Sauna, 1 90°C Sauna und 1 geteiltes Becken mit Massagedüsen.

Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig. Großer Balkon dazu. Leider gab es für den Zimmertresor keinen Schlüssel und auf meine Nachfrage sollte auch der Hausmeister zum Verbleib eines Schlüssels befragt werden, aber leider tat sich dann nichts mehr. Das Mobiliar ist ok, aber man sieht, dass auch bei der Zimmerreinigung noch etwas besser gearbeitet werden kann. So sind zum Beispiel im Bad klobürste und Kosmetikeimer eher ein Fall für die Mülltonne, weil total versifft, aber das schien niemanden zu interessieren. Das Personal sehr freundlich und nett. Das Frühstücksbüffet könnte etwas vielfältiger sein, aber für 5 Tage kann man damit leben
