"From mainland check in to departure, this resort had friendly and helpful staff from around the world. It’s carefully landscaped gardens and lagoons bring an abundance of wildlife. At night time the orchestra of frogs is beautiful to listen to. The lagoon style pool is fabulous. There are three eateries with different moods to cater to all tastes. "Staff were very accommodating, friendly and happy to help. Great location.
The ice machine on our level was broken, but I think it was from over use for icing many sore muscles and injuries of hockey players bodies. Our entire team stayed stayed for the Provincials hockey tournament and was perfect, although there wasnt a separate room for team or parent gatherings.
The only complaint was the breakfast was over prices, the hotel next door had a great coffee and breakfast sandwich at a fair price and tasty!!"
