Easy access, clean and very friendly staff. The facilty has undergone repairs and the finishes were amateurish- silicone in the shower was rough and wall sheeting not finished well with cracked and chipped edges.

Easy check-in with lovely lady on reception - in fact all the staff were welcoming and very helpful. Our upstairs room had recently been renovated: it was spacious with tiled floors, modern bathroom and kitchenette. Appreciated the tiled floors rather than carpets, and also being able to leave our balcony doors open as the room had security screens. Undercover car parking was a bonus too. Will more than likely stay there again.

Clean and tidy. It was a family room and okay for a couple, though perhaps a bit small for 4 people if staying for and extended time. Staff were very friendly. The only downside for me was that it was a shower over a bath, especially for seniors not ideal, as it is easier to have a fall in these types of showers.

I have stayed at the Best Western ambassador on a number of occassions and the staff have always been courteous and the facilities clean well maintained. On my most recent visit, i accidently booked an incorrect date and the staff member was more than happy to move the booking for me even though it was originally a no refund booking. Very accommodating, friendly and efficient.
