Best holiday ever!

The Magda Hotel was absolutely perfect. Our rooms were massive and really nice. All the staff were extremely kind, polite and helpful. The hotel was also located right next some shops, car hire facilities and nice restaurants. The best thing of all was that we could walk to the beach in 2 minutes!

Très bon hôtel mais trop de bruit la journée.

Il est vraiment regrettable que la musique soit trop forte de 9h à 18h... Impossible de se relaxer au bord de la piscine. La plage à 2 mn c'est super. Pas assez de fruits dans les buffets. Baignoire qui s'écoulait mal et 1 lampe de chevet grillée signalés le 1er jour, jamais répares. Personnel très bien et bel hôtel. Chambres correctes...balcon fort agréable.

Séjour agréable pour famille peu exigeante

Trouver la chaleur et le soleil en Avril etait principalement le but recherché. L'hotel est propre, bien aménagé et tout le monde y parle français. Mais je déplore que pour les reservations individuelles, la seule formule Demi pension soit proposée et qu'ensuite tout devienne payant dans l'hotel (acces au tennis, a la salle de Gym, café et meme verre d'eau...) Il faudrait proposer le All inclusive pour éviter ces désagréments.

Hôtel accueillant où l'on parle français

Nous avons été désagréablement surpris d'avoir dû prendre et payer un taxi (coût 60 euros AR) pour les transferts aéroport - hôtel et retour ainsi que l'absence de passage d'un correspondant Expedia à l'hôtel. Magda et d'un panneau d'affichage présentant les sorties possibles et leurs conditions.. Ces lacunes inexcusables ne peuvent pas faire la renommée d'Expedia car c'est la seule fois sur cinq séjours en Crète que cette mésaventure nous est arrivée. Fort heureusement nos connaissances des lieux nous ont bien aidé, mais je plains les personnes qui arrivent pour la première fois.
