We really enjoyed our stay here. Nice and central and very nice inside/outside. The HB vouchers gave us flexibility to choose how we wanted to use them, be it an afternoon or evening.

Amazing stay. Would return!

The service at this hotel was 10/10, absolutely no criticism. They went above and beyond during my stay. The food was great and reasonably priced. My ONLY issue was the lack of sound proofing as I could hear the neighbouring room very clearly.

Love the hotel, chilled out music playing during the day, pool area does get busy at weekends but not oppressive. Really great food in the restaurant here, definitely recommend going half board. Hersonissis for me isn’t somewhere I would visit again, I don’t like the vibe in the strip. However, Koutouloufari is a ten minute walk from this hotel and is wonderful. The staff at the hotel are really very nice, Erika in particular is a great host and an asset to this hotel.

This is a beautiful hotel. It is in a very busy, touristy area, but the hotel itself is serene and beautiful. We had an awesome stay. We loved the spa, and there was a waitress (she’s the one most often working the bar, she has long brown hair and braves) who is SO sweet. She made our whole trip with her attentiveness and kindness. We would be back if we went back to Crete.

Amazing new, cool and stylish hotel

Hotel its just amazing, we could stay in there whole stay :) Lets start with the room- it was with balcony, very clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Food - excellent, I mean - freshly baked croissants, selection of eggs, you can even get eggs Benedicts, delicious salads, burgers or pizza and also greek specialities. Pool - it has the atmosphere- DJ playing music, nice cocktails and during the evening you feel like in outdoor cinema Staff- receptions, waiters, cooks, chef, PR to director-all of them nice people, always smiling and helpful. You can walk to the beach within 3-4 minutes. I would really recommend this hotel. Enjoy your stay!

The staff was prompt, professional, and personable. The Summer months at the hotel are frequented by mostly younger, single guests. The demographics shift to a wider audience including mostly couples and families in other months. That being said, an enjoyable experience may be found whenever you visit. Daily afternoon DJ service and a variety of evening shows across the week are provided in the spacious pool area. The breakfast buffet boasts numerous options with my favorite being made-to-order omelette service. Handmade pizzas, gyros, and various other culinary delights are available throughout the day. Drinks from the pool area bar are great with sangria being a particularly great choice while sunbathing. The hotel location is well-situated in the middle of numerous shopping, dining, and entertainment options with exciting nightlife well within walking distance. If fun in the menu for your holiday, then Cook’s Club Hersonissos is the perfect selection!

Schöne Unterkunft vorallem für Leute im Alter zwischen 18 und 30. Das Angebot an Abendveranstaltungen ist sehr gut von DJ bis Live Sängerin. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, an der ein oder anderen Stelle könnte neu silikoniert werden, Dusche leider sehr klein. Sie liegen am Pool waren teilweise um 8 Uhr früh bereits alle reserviert, eventuell hier etwas dagegen unternehmen. Die Stimmung am Pool ist sehr entspannt, wenn man eine Liege bekommen hat ;) Frühstück hat gepasst, könnten mehr griechische Speisen angeboten werden. Ansonsten ein sehr schönes Hotel, hatten einen guten Aufenthalt.

Hotel great but overall experience not so good

The hotel experience was overall very good. I was however very disappointed to discover on arrival that there was a local lock down in place and therefore the experience I had read about and was expecting was not achievable. The hotel description stated "Spend the day chilling on the large poolside sunbeds while our DJs blast blissed-out beach tunes". However, to my surprise when I arrived there was no music allowed to be played due to lock down provisions and overall the holiday was subdued as all the bars/restaurants (especially the beach side ones which are notorious for a great atmosphere) were non-existent. I strongly believe the hotel or hotels.com should have specifically mentioned that a local lock down was in operation and the implications thereon.

Food: Breakfast 4/10 Lunch & Dinner 8.5/10 Breakfast quickly became boring, much of the food was left for a while and the selection was not very exciting especially if you were staying 10 nights like we did. Lunch & Dinner were excellent, the prices were very cheap considering the quality and portion size. Although we were only bed and breakfast we ate lunch & dinner frequently and felt good value for money. Drinks were great, cocktails fantastic and the bar team were helpful. Hotel Manager was outstanding, very helpful and attentive. Reception staff were pretty bad, didn't take concerns properly and on our departure we left a jacket in the room, the reception team said the cleaners would be going in there to find it. After 5 hours they still hadn't checked and we had to leave to catch our flight! Cleaners were inconsistent, each team did the room differently which was quite annoying.

Great hotel with great pool and food!

We really loved this hotel. The staff was great and they have great food you can buy during the day. The pool is lovely. Good breakfast. Nice and clean rooms. We will defiantly come again! The only thing I didn't like was that the beds are 2 single beds connected (I prefer a double bed) but we understood that most of the rooms are like this- so that's part of this the hotel- and it is not so bad.

10/10 staff, they make you feel very welcomed right from the beginning. Beautiful pool, great breakfast and great drinks! Very close to main Hersonissos strip where you can find lots of great restaurants and nightlife. The Cook's Club app which you can download at check-in, is very convenient as you don't have to carry your wallet around while at the resort. Will definitely be back in the future and would recommend this hotel to anyone.
