Lovely family holiday

The hotel was amazing and better than advertised. The rooms and surrounding areas were clean and airy, the location was beautiful. Travelling with a 2 year old, the all inclusive food, pizza corner and snacks were great. We really enjoyed the variety of food, especially as vegetarians. The bar staff, restaurant staff and lobby staff were amazing - super helpful. The best part was the animation team. An excellent job done by Marcone, Giorgia and Karol - our son loved the mini disco every night. They were fantastic and helped my son have a memorable holiday

Lovely property lovely location, exactly what was needed. Kids loved it, so i'd say it was geared up for children, though not so much for under 4s. Food and drink quality slightly lacking. Entertainment was a bit too samey, but overall such a great holiday.

Wonderful Family Holiday at Mitsi Cretan Village - Service Shines! We recently returned from a fantastic stay at Mitsi Cretan Village with our 3-year-old toddler, and overall, we had a truly lovely family holiday. The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly its staff and service, which genuinely felt like a proper 5-star experience. From the moment we arrived, the team was incredibly attentive and hospitable. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The layout of the hotel is also excellent, with easy access to the beautiful beach and the various pools. As a family hotel, you should expect children and a lively atmosphere, which suited us perfectly. We wouldn't necessarily recommend this resort for couples or friends seeking a quieter getaway. We would also recommend requesting a room in the quieter parts of the hotel. We were initially allocated a room above the main bar, which was quite noisy. The best rooms are likely located on either side of the complex. However, it's worth noting that regardless of your room location, there will likely be some level of activity going on until at least 10 pm. Our little one absolutely loved the kids' areas, especially the fantastic pools. The kids' corner was also very welcoming, and the activities they had planned looked very interesting, with the children seeming thoroughly engaged. There were also plenty of

First time visiting a Mitsis, I was dubious as it was so cheap for a family of four, all inclusive. I was pleasantly surprised!! We all had a great time and will be back, We were a family of four, young children, and the room was cozy! I imagine with older children it would be cramped. Food selection was good and tasty with different themed nights. Breakfast got a bit boring by day 6, lots of choice just the same every day. All edible and tasty, though.

Beautifully landscaped resort with excellent food options and friendly, attentive staff. Pleasant distance from the airport for transfers. Great for kids (they loved the water slide). Only negatives; most of the pool tables in the games area are missing a full set of balls. Can be tricky securing sunloungers by the pool areas and the nighttime entertainment can be a bit noisy if staying near the amphitheatre. The beach is clean and super accessible. The sea is very rocky underfoot here but we enjoyed that because it means there’s an abundance of fish to view in shallow water close to the shore. Excellent for newbie snorkellers and/ or kids. Overall we had a wonderful, relaxed holiday in a gorgeous setting with an excellent selection of food available almost 24/7. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent village vey family oriented. A lot of activities with mini club, animationss, mini-disco etc... The pools are not heated but we had the chance of plenty of sunshine in October. The food is of high quality. A lot of fresh and lovely prepared dishes. The 2 restaurants a la carte offers a very good culinary experience. Thanks a lot to all the team of the village especially thankx to Elena DAMILAKI for always smiling, helping, guiding and wormly welcoming.

Summer vacation. The food was limited a little (vegetable and fruits especially). Although the hotel offers wifi, the connection was not stable at all and I rather used data roaming than wifi.

Nice hotel with own beach

Bed was really firm which ment no sleep for me for a week. Rooms were small and could of been cleaner. Wifi was sketchy and limited so my husband had to buy extra data so he could send emails for work. Nearest town is a taxi ride away so you are limited to resort unless you don't mind taxis. All inclusive food was very good, cocktails awful but still a lovely place to be in May. I wouldn't book when high season. Would be too crowded.
