I absolutely loved staying here. We chose this hotel because we needed a place close to the Hermosillo Expogan festival, and it turned out to be the perfect spot. It was my first time visiting, so I wasn’t sure what to expect in terms of nearby restaurants and amenities—but everything we needed was within walking distance. We didn’t even have to pay for parking at the festival since it was just a short walk away. The hotel itself is very clean, the staff is incredibly courteous, and the continental breakfast was surprisingly good. I’d give it a 10/10 and highly recommend it!

Bad experience bad odor in rooms

There was no water the first night, we got back to the room at around 2 am from a concert and were unable to shower/use the restroom or use any water at all. The day we checked out the water was still not running. We had a long way home and were unable to shower before leaving. The room smelled like sewer and I reported it as soon as we checked in, they were going to send maintenance but they never went, I ended up going to a nearby market to buy air freshener but the smell was too strong and did not even help. Worse experience ever and staff was not sympathetic or did anything to fix the issue. I requested to write a written complaint but the manager said she would just report it herself. Worst experience will not be going back. Staff was rude and did not follow up on calls and requests.

The room was clean, and it was also cleaned during our stay. The restroom was also clean and the room has AC it was blowing nice and cold. The staff was very friendly. What I didn't like was that the bathroom seat was very loose, a nasty smell was coming up through the bathroom sink. I just think for the amount of money you pay it should be a little better because it's not that cheap.
