"Although surprising that we were the only guests checked in, the entire property was still fully prepared to receive us - we were warmly greeted at the entrance, check-in was quick and easy, and we were given a chance to choose which room to take. Sadly, we were only checked in for 1 night but we enjoyed the entire visit. Breakfast was promptly served at 9 AM (you can choose whether to have it in the dining area or balcony - we chose dining room) and was enough for 2 of us. Staff were present...

"The rooms were clean and had good aircon. Our kids 9/12 enjoyed the water park. There are a lot of pools. But there is not really a beach and many rides were not available. It is nice for 2-3 days. It is very overpriced for what you get. "

"Bad area for a hotel. The staff was friendly but they don’t offer much in amenities. There is no elevator or people to help with bags and they don’t tidy up the room unless you request it. I paid for breakfast but two days they had morning events and we were unable to eat. Not a good experience. Never again "
