"This hotel is very close to the airport and with their free regular shuttle service is always our choice. Spacious clean rooms in a large hotel with free wifi, luggage storage, pool and spacious rooms. Could be more loungers by the pool as 8 for a hotel this size is insufficient. Also pool is a little dated now. Overall though good hotel and value for money. Love you can get late check outs."

"Lobby and rooms were nice, location was great, although on PCH. Had to request new room due to being 2 metres from the intersection. Staff was friendly, however 24/7 concierge should not be advertised as we called and/or went to front desk 4 times with no response or nobody there for 10 minutes at a time. Some towels were linty so seemed unwashed, out of the packaging. Breakfast was quite overpriced. Pool was dirty, with clumps of hair in it. Overall, would rate 3.5."

"Queen Mary is a beautiful ship! I really appreciated the history of it! Be aware that unless you're in a suite, the cabins do not have air conditioning. Not usually an issue in Long Beach, but we happened to be there on an unusually hot day (98 degrees!). There is some air circulation, and they provided portable fans, so it wasn't too bad. We also happened to be there when a concert was going on at the nearby amphitheatre. The concert usurped the parking, so we had to park off-site. They provided a shuttle and they discounted the parking fee, so not a big deal. Just a little annoying. If you plan on staying here (and I highly reccomend it), check the concert schedule or any other events happening in Long Beach."
