"The hotel itself is stunning, with the exception of some issues with the room which according to reviews from two weeks prior is just stuff they either refuse to deal with or issues in several rooms, however most of my interactions with staff they came off as very unwelcoming and condescending, but the few that were genuine and nice made it worth the stay. "The room looked like it was barely cleaned. Blankets/pillows were stained, hair in the sink, carpet filthy, half roll of tissue, etc. The hot tub has a brown ring around it, needs to be deep cleaned. There were kids were partying, police were there, ambulance, I got no sleep. Asked for a refund or an extra night with a clean room, they refused & gave me $20. Never again. The cookies at check In were good though. And the lady that works mornings is nice. "

"Ben at front desk was very kind and helpful when I had made a mistake with my booking date. Had to let water run for 15 min in shower before barely warm enough to shower. "
