"Great hotel relatively close to the airport! Nice, well lit parking lot and rooms appear to have been recently updated. Only stayed one night, but the onsite laundry worked great and was perfect for what we needed. "

"Stayed at this Hyatt for a quick over night trip to attend a friend’s baby shower in the area. I got there 30 mins before the 3pm check-in and no issue with getting my room then. I had a King Suite and it was great. I loved the layout of the couch area and the bed area. Bed was comfortable, shower was good, windows had blackout curtains. Minor complaint of noise in the hallway and then during the middle of the night when the rain picked up and was hitting the windows. I didn’t use any of the amenities or take advantage of the continental breakfast. I would definitely stay again if visiting the area. It was conveniently located near restaurants, shops and I35W."

"The food area was extremely dirty and never cleaned for our entire stay! Food quality was poor. Exposed electrical wires were seen in a food warmer. The room was not cleaned for 2 days. The side door fire exit was not operable. I have pictures of the food area I planned on sending to the health department! "
