Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© en fĂ©vrier 2025 durant 3 nuits. A notre arrivĂ©e l'employĂ© nous a dit que nous n'avions pas encore payĂ© (Ă  tord) et Ă  effectuĂ© une manipulation sur son terminal de payement, qui Ă  ensuite sorti un reçu. Nous avons cru que l'on avait Ă©tĂ© dĂ©bitĂ© 2 fois. AprĂšs contact avec Hotels.com, la situation a pu ĂȘtre Ă©claircie. Cette manipulation est normale mais n'aurait pas du ĂȘtre effectuĂ©e devant les clients. On ne nous a pas expliquĂ© comment se rendre au local Ă  ski, ni aux pistes, ni au petit-dĂ©jeuner, ni au restaurant. On ne nous a pas proposĂ© un chariot pour monter nos affaires dans notre chambre (il faut prendre 2 ascenseurs diffĂ©rents depuis le parking pour aller aux chambres et/ou au local Ă  ski) alors qu'on en a vu plus tard durant notre sĂ©jour. Les cartes d'accĂšs Ă  la chambre et au local Ă  ski ne fonctionnaient pas, nous avons du passer Ă  la rĂ©ception plusieurs fois pour pouvoir ouvrir la chambre et le local Ă  ski. 1 des 3 chiffres du numĂ©ro de chambre Ă©tait manquant Ă  notre arrivĂ©, puis il a Ă©tĂ© Ă©crit grossiĂšrement au stylo sur le mur. Les plinthes du couloir ne tenaient pas et Ă©taient couchĂ©es sur la moquette. Le spa n'est pas inclus dans le prix de la chambre et Ă©tait sur-occupĂ© (nous avons eu de la peine Ă  trouver un casier). Nous nous attendons pas Ă  ces problĂšmes lorsque l'on rĂ©serve un 4 Ă©toiles. Cependant, la vue depuis la chambre est superbe et la chambre Ă©tait trĂšs bien. Le petit-dĂ©jeuner est top, pleins de choix sucrĂ© ou salĂ© et de la rĂ©gion.

Mooi hotel, enkel heel jammer dat er niet vermeld stond dat het zwembadencomplex een additionele kost van 40€ p.p. met zich mee bracht
 de dame aan de receptie was ook helemaal niet vriendelijk toen we dit hebben aangekaart.

Die Lage und Aussicht sind Traumhaft. Auch die Anlage ist sehr schön. Leider fehlt es ein bisschen an den Details. Keine Infos ĂŒber das Hotel, die Restaurants und das WIFI auf dem Zimmer. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck ist leider nicht sehr befriending und sogar fĂŒr Eier beim FrĂŒhstĂŒck muss man noch extra bezahlen. Das SPA ist nich zu empfehlen, wenn man eine Auszeit wĂŒnscht. Es war zu ĂŒberfĂŒllt und es hatte sehr wenig LiegeflĂ€che zur VergĂŒgung. Sowie als Gast muss man noch 40 Fr. Pro Person/Tag bezahlen.

Les chambres trop petites, un seul siÚge, température trop élevée et non rÚglable. Le bruit de la terrasse. Pas d'informations ni dans la chambre et trop peu à l'accueil. Mauvais oreiller.Pas assez de lumiÚre en chambre. Manquait un goûter avec cakes ou autre pour l'aprÚs-ski, payant ou non. Belle chambre, matelas trÚs confortable, personnel trÚs sympatique et serviable. TrÚs pratique pour louer les skis et partir directement sur les pistes. Les bains aussi super, dommage que les poum-poum de la terrasse sonnent dans la salle de repos... Super petit déjeuner.

Great views but the service wasn’t great

We stayed at the Eringer Hotel over New Year for three nights. As first-time visitors to Switzerland, we were aiming for relaxation and sightseeing. While the stunning panoramic views from our top-floor room were the trip highlights, the stay was marred by poor communication and disorganised operations. The hotel offers breathtaking mountain views, with magical sunrises and snowy landscapes. Spa access is included (one voucher per person per day). Evening visits were more enjoyable due to fewer crowds. Transport Challenges: Getting to the hotel is difficult. Buses (routes 371/372) from Sion run infrequently (up to 2-hour waits). Free bus passes through the host card are limited to the local area (Thyon 2000) and don’t cover trips to Sion, creating confusion as this wasn’t explained anywhere. Remote location. Lack of Communication: No pre-arrival information was provided. Key details (menus & spa rules) weren’t shared at check-in, and most information is in French. Guests must scan a QR code to access details, but we were not prompted to do so. Spa Issues: The public spa can be overcrowded. No lockers made available to hotel guests and towels costing CHF 5. One entry per day is allowed. Food: Breakfast is basic with limited options, and spa restaurant meals were overpriced and poor quality. Tips: Check transport schedules in advance, don’t rely on Google Map. Pack snacks to avoid overpriced foods. Breathtaking views, but the service may frustrate first-time visitors.

Rapport qualitĂ©-prix dĂ©cevant de maniĂšre gĂ©nĂ©rale. Nous recommandons d’éviter le restaurant et le petit-dĂ©jeuner. Le choix est pauvre et la qualitĂ© trĂšs moyenne. Le personnel est gentil mais pas formĂ©, ce qui engendre de multiples erreurs (purĂ©e Ă  la place de la soupe, steak cuit Ă  point sans avoir demandĂ©, nettoyage du comptoire Ă  la place de donner l’addition demandĂ©e, etc.)

L'hĂŽtel en lui-mĂȘme est un trĂšs bel hĂŽtel, de beaux matĂ©riaux sont utilisĂ©s, la situation est idĂ©ale pour aller skier. Cependant, il est toujours en travaux, ce qui donne une trĂšs mauvaise impression entre le parking et l'hĂŽtel car tout est sale et rien n'est fini. De plus, certains services indiquĂ©s sur leur site internet ne correspondaient pas aux services rĂ©els, tels que le service de chambre qui n'existe pas ainsi que le parking "gratuit" qui est facturĂ© 20 francs.

Great food, amazing view and pet friendly

Great hotel, pretty new installations and staff is incredibly friendly and supportive. We stayed for the weekend and had a great time. Dinner was amazing both nights and the breakfast covered all our needs and more. The room is small but comfy and out dog could be with us in all facilities, which is a plus. Happy to recommend this hotel.

Superbe sĂ©jour de 4 jours! Une vue imprenable depuis la chambre sur les sommets et la magnifique Dent Blanche. Parfait emplacement pour skier avec la piste qui arrive directement jusqu’à l’hĂŽtel. Le personnel est attentionnĂ© et chaleureux, et le lobby confortable. Le restaurant est sympa et on y mange bien. Vivement l’ouverture du Spa Thermal!
